Sport Betting Rules

General Rules

Br6.com conducts sports betting pursuant to these General Rules. Settlement of bets is determined by official results issued by the relevant governing body or competition organizer. If an official result is not published at the time settlement would ordinarily occur, Br6.com may delay settlement until official confirmation is available or settle in accordance with Br6.com’s data sources, provided the data source is authoritative for the event.

  • We may void or adjust bets if a market or price is published with a palpable error, including incorrect event, venue, start time, or odds.
  • Br6.com reserves the right to decline, suspend, or reverse acceptance of any bet, in whole or in part, without giving a reason to the customer, including but not limited to technical issues, suspected fraud, or attempts to bypass limits.
  • In the event of suspected fraud or integrity concerns within an event, Br6.com may suspend settlement, withhold payment, or void affected bets pending investigation by Br6.com or regulatory authorities.
  • Bets cannot be canceled or altered once confirmed. Where a payable settlement has occurred incorrectly, Br6.com may reopen the affected bets and settle them correctly within 48 hours.
  • During the bet placement process, if a technical interruption occurs, Br6.com will verify whether the bet was accepted upon system restoration by reviewing the customer’s betting history. The customer should rely on that history for confirmation.
  • Whenever Video Assistant Referee (VAR) decisions conflict with the original on-field decision, bets placed between the original incident time and the final VAR decision may be deemed void, unless the applicable market description indicates otherwise or the odds were not affected by the VAR outcome.
  • Odds displayed to customers are shown with two decimal places; total odds are calculated with a sixth decimal place, while the total payout is truncated to two decimals. Any discrepancy is attributable to these rounding rules.
  • The maximum interval for re-settlement of a settled betslip is 30 days from the original settlement date.
  • If a match finishes at or after the 79th minute (79:00) as determined by the official timer, markets are settled on the full‑time result; if it finishes at 78:59 or earlier, unsettled markets are void unless stated otherwise in market rules.
  • Where a competition format is presented (pre-match or live), Br6.com supports formats as published for that event. If the duration falls outside Br6.com’s supported range (for example outside 50–90 minutes), related markets may be voided.
  • Outright markets (short-term and long-term) are subject to the Play‑or‑Pay rule: a participant listed in an Outright market will stand in the market even if that participant is unable to participate, with the outcome settled as a loss; head‑to‑head (H2H) markets are excluded from this rule and may be void if a listed participant does not take part.

Settlement, Verification, and Adjustments

Settlements rely on official results and Br6.com’s internal verification processes. If an official result is not available, Br6.com may rely on corroborated data sources. Where a market or price is incorrectly published, Br6.com reserves the right to void or adjust affected bets. Bets may be settled on the basis of official sources for matching markets, or voided where the result cannot be verified.

  • We may delay settlement of a market if required to verify integrity or accuracy of the result or data feed.
  • Br6.com may suspend or reverse settlements on a bet-by-bet basis in circumstances not expressly covered by these rules, including as required by regulatory guidance or governing body rulings.
  • All bets placed in breach of Br6.com’s rules, or as part of a scheme to manipulate outcomes, may be voided and the stakes refunded or reclaimed as applicable.

Event Changes, Postponements, and Cancellations

Br6.com may void or settle bets in response to changes affecting an event’s venue, format, or schedule. The following rules apply to postponed or abandoned events:

  • If a match is postponed and not resumed within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, Br6.com reserves the right to void unsettled bets, unless an official winner is subsequently declared for the event.
  • If a match is abandoned after kickoff and is not resumed, unsettled bets may be voided unless a definitive result is established by the governing body or organizer within Br6.com’s stated criteria.
  • Should competitors or teams change from those listed at the time of acceptance, all open bets may be voided, unless the market description specifies otherwise.
  • In the event of a venue change, Br6.com reserves the right to cancel all bets on affected markets.
  • If event coverage is materially reduced or dropped, bets on affected markets may be voided or settled on the official result as determined by Br6.com in its sole discretion.

Outright Markets and Play‑Or‑Pay

Outright markets (including Winner, Top X, and similar standings) are settled according to official final standings, regardless of participant participation. If a participant is listed but does not take part, they are typically deemed a loser. If a participant is replaced by another participant from the same team, team-based markets settle as per the replacement; individual performance markets for the replaced participant are void.

  • Dead heat rules apply when two or more participants are tied at the conclusion of the event or market. In a dead heat, stakes are divided equally among tied participants and the remaining stake is treated as a loss according to market rules.
  • Outright markets are subject to applicable sport-specific rules, including how participation affects settlement when replacements occur or when final results depend on non-participation.

Sports-Specific Rules and Market Coverage

Br6.com applies sport-specific settlement rules to all markets. The general principles below apply unless the market description indicates otherwise. For each sport listed, settlement follows official results with the rules described for that sport or period.

  • Soccer (Football): Markets such as 1X2 are settled on the official result after normal time, including stoppage time, unless the market explicitly states inclusion of extra time or penalties. Bets on markets with overtime, penalties, or special conditions are settled per the market description. If a match is postponed, unsettled bets remain valid if kickoff occurs within 48 hours of the original start; otherwise, they may be voided. Scorers markets apply to players who participate in regular time unless the market description states otherwise.
  • American Football: Markets settle on the official result at the end of the scheduled regulation period unless the market specifies overtime. If a game is postponed or abandoned, bets are void unless the event resumes within the same scheduled week; payouts require a known official result. A minimum portion of a game must be completed for payout in certain markets, as described in the market terms.
  • Australian Rules Football (Aussie Rules): Markets settle on the official result at the end of the scheduled time, excluding extra time unless stated. Postponed or abandoned fixtures are void unless resumed within the defined window; half and quarter markets follow the applicable period scores.
  • Athletics: Market settlements rely on the official governing body. Abandoned events with no official winner are void; dead heat rules apply as specified by the market.
  • Badminton: Markets settle on the official result; if results are not published or coverage is lost, undecided markets may be voided. Postponed events void unless resumed within the specified window.

Live (in-play) markets follow the general settlement principles but may be subject to real-time data feeds. If official results are not confirmed during a live event, Br6.com may delay settlement until confirmation is available. Bets offered with live odds or prices are subject to immediate adjustment and may be voided if a conflict between in-play data and official results arises.

Questions, Disputes, and Audits

Disputes regarding settlements or the interpretation of these Rules are handled by Br6.com in accordance with applicable law and regulatory requirements. Br6.com maintains a record of all bets and settlements, and may audit data feeds, event confirmations, and internal processes to ensure integrity and compliance.

Acceptance of Rules

By placing a bet with Br6.com, you acknowledge and accept these Rules, together with Br6.com’s Terms and Conditions and any market-specific terms published for the event. Br6.com reserves the right to amend these rules at any time; amended rules shall apply to bets placed after publication of the update.
